La mise en ligne des premiers sujets du blog a entraîné quelques commentaires sur les fournisseurs ADSL, et soulevé des questions sur les services après ventes, et les recours possibles en cas d'excès de pouvoir de vos FAI.
Tout d'abord il est important que tout le monde sache qu'il existe un délai de rétractation de 7 jours, durant lesquels vous pouvez annuler la signature de votre contrat... Peu importe l'opérateur que vous avez choisi.
Pour répondre plus précisément au mystérieux anonyme ayant soulevé le problème, si vous n'annulez pas la procédure d'abonnement pendant ces 7 jours, vous serez pieds et poings liés avec le FAI: vous devrez soit payer les frais de résiliation (ex: quasiment 100€ pour Free), soit attendre la fin de votre durée minimale d'engagement (1 an pour la plupart des offres de dégroupage total). L'opérateur n'attend pas de confirmation de votre part. (Le silence vaut pour confirmation de votre abonnement)
Malheureusement, quelques déboires arrivent même aux personnes qui se manifestent pendant le délais de 7 jours. (Soit par téléphone, soit par lettre avec accusé de réception selon les opérateurs. N'oubliez pas de demander lors de votre prise d'abonnement quelques renseignements sur le mode de rétractation) Dans ces cas là, je conseille vivement aux personnes de refuser le Modem lors de sa livraison (si vous l'avez déjà réceptionné, ne l'ouvrez pas!) et de se constituer un mini dossier avec les photocopies du contrat et des lettres avec A/R, (date de la poste faisant foi) pour se plaindre au juge de proximité.

Je me souviens qu'une fois, alors que j'habitais encore chez mes parents, nous avions reçu un Modem Wanadoo, que nous avions soit disant demandé... Alors que nous n'avions pas d'ordinateur.
